Giving the Bridal Bouquet

"[This] photo of Joyce receiving the bridal bouquet is pretty funny. She was the only single woman there, so was the obvious choice to receive it, in my mind. Somehow she thought it less then appropriate, given the symbolism and the fact that she is a lesbian. So I basically backed her into a fence before she accepted the flowers -- with much laughter in the process."
